Our current main server is based in Tampa, FL, US and we are working to expand to several more locations over the next couple of months. Please keep an eye on our news secton for when we post this kind of updates.
Please note that even though we have Cloudlinux installed and security in place, since it hasn't been supported for a while with updates or patches, this can be a huge securiity risk for your account. So we are only allowing supported PHP versions for security and site loading speed as well.
At this time we are only doing free domains with yearly plans and we aren't offering them on our monthly plans. If things should change and we are able to begin offering domains for cheap then we will post about it and annouce it on the plans as well.
Yes, we are including the premium version of Softaculous 1 click installer which has nearly 500 scripts/programs to install quickly and begin using right away. We keep it up to date with daily updating being ran all the time to ensure we have the latest versions available to install.
We have it automated to setup the account once you place the order and have successfully paid for the month. You will be emailed the account verification and also then once your invoice is registered as paid. This is done by the system. However for any reason your not able to get it completed then please use the live chat to get support.
